Shipping your purchases
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the total weight of the order.
They are indicated before order confirmation.
Shipping method
For all orders of stickers weighing less than 100 grams, shipping is exclusively by LETTER mail via La Poste, both in France and internationally.
No other delivery option is offered for this type of shipment.
As shipments are handled by postal services, delivery times are indicative and may be extended depending on the operation of sorting centers (periods of high activity, strikes, logistical constraints, etc.).
Preparation times

In-stock items: preparation within a maximum of 2 business days

Customized items: preparation and manufacturing time can be up to 10 business days, including design, manufacturing, packaging, and shipping
Claims and delivery tracking
In accordance with articles L216-1 to L216-6 of the Consumer Code, you will be notified of your order's shipping date by email on the day of dispatch.
In case of an unusual delivery delay, we invite you to contact us so that we can check the situation with the postal service and offer you a suitable solution.
⚠️ As postal delays are beyond our control, no claims can be processed before a reasonable period following the shipping date.
