❓ What are your delivery times?
For in-stock items
Preparation time is generally a maximum of 2 business days.
It can exceptionally be extended by 2 to 3 days in case of reprinting.
For custom stickers
Preparation and manufacturing can take up to 8 business days.
Printing is done once a week on a professional large format printer (1.30 m).
Shipping method
All our stickers weigh less than 20 grams.
They are therefore shipped exclusively by LETTER mail via La Poste, with no alternative option, both in France and internationally.

France (green stamp): 3 to 5 business days

Europe: 6 to 15 business days
👉 In summary, for an order delivered in France:

up to 2 business days for preparation

then 3 to 5 business days for postal delivery
⚠️ Postal delays may however vary and be exceptionally extended (periods of high activity, strikes, bad weather, sorting center saturation, etc.).
Despite all our vigilance, we cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to postal services.
❓ What should I do if my delivery is delayed?
If 2 to 3 business days after the estimated date you still haven't received your order, contact us by email at the following address:

We will reply within 24 business hours.
❓ What happens to the images of my personalized items?
The images used for personalized items are handled with care.

They are deleted from the site after the order is shipped

They are then stored on a secure external medium only in case of reprinting

They are kept for 6 months, then permanently deleted
No image is used for commercial purposes or shared with third parties.
